Can I get a discount for submitting multiple projects at the same time?
Yes, if you submit any documents 15 pages or more you will receive a
discount of 10% on the entire order. The 15 pages can be from one paper, or
from multiple sources, so long as it is submitted at the same time. The page
count is based on the number of words, rather than actual pages.
I'm interested in submitting many of my business documents to be
proofread on a daily/weekly basis, can you create return times that
meet my needs? And are there any discounts for repeat business?
Yes, we encourage businesses to submit all their documents in need of
editing or proofreading to Proficient Paper. We can create a customized
return time based on your needs and the amount of documents you plan to
submit to us. Also you will receive a discount according to the volume
discount plan. Please contact businessservices@proficientpaper.com to set
up a customized plan for your company.
What documents do you proofread or edit?
We essentially proofread and edit any document that you need proofread. The
most common documents that we deal with on a consistent basis are
academic papers and all types of business documents. We apply the same
editing and proofreading techniques to all documents, so our editing services
can be a valuable investment for any document which bears your written
word.
Do you have a guarantee of error proof quality or grade level?
No, each client is ultimately responsible for the content of his or her work.
We do not guarantee that our editing services are flawless or will allow you
to receive a certain grade on your paper. We do guarantee satisfaction in our
services. If you are not satisfied with the quality of our work, and it can be
substantially improved upon we will either re-edit the document at no charge
or issue you a refund.
Are you looking for more editors to work for you?
We are always considering additions to our editing staff. We employ top
quality editors with experience and expertise in editing. Editors work on
commission from the documents that they edit, and can earn a substantial
living under our generous commission plan. If you feel you would make a

Is there a different cost for different types of documents?
No, the cost is the same for all documents. The only exception is the second
look at a paper submitted within 72 hours of the first edit. All of those pages
are proofread and edited again at a flat $5.50 with a 24 hour return. You
cannot add more than double the amount of the first submission. We charge
less because there is less editing and more proofreading involved.
You can also receive discounts through our volume discount program or our
loyalty program.
